Position Title: Medicare Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Development: Support the sales team in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Be the primary point of contact for Medicare clients, fostering strong, long-term relationships.
- Account Management: Oversee client accounts, ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines and conducting regular performance reviews.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on Medicare regulations and ensure client accounts meet all requirements.
- Service Delivery: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and high client satisfaction.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze client data, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Insurance License required
- Experience: 3-5 years in account management within Medicare or Health insurance.
- Skills: Strong understanding of Medicare regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CRM software.
