Account Executive Assistant
We are looking for an experienced individual to help manage our client base as a personal lines account manager. We are a highly efficient agency that prioritizes customer service; Applicants will be expected to assist in handling our phones, while completing a variety of service requests for our clients. This position will be 15-20 hours a week, and will be entirely in-office. Thorough training will be provided.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Day to Day servicing of agency accounts
-Processing policy endorsements
-Creating and sending ID cards and binders
-Managing billing requests with each of our carriers
-Answering phones
-Preparing paperwork to be mailed/emailed to customers for signature
-Scanning and attaching completed applications to our Agency management system
-Running preliminary reports for prospective clients
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
