Job Details
Responsibilities :
- Managing and processing customer orders from initiation to delivery.
- Providing exceptional customer service via phone and email, ensuring all inquiries are handled promptly and professionally.
- Resolving customer complaints and queries efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborating with the production team to ensure product availability and timely delivery.
- Maintaining a thorough understanding of our product range, including plastics and other materials.
- Developing strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction.
- Providing feedback to the team and management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in packaging and handling plastics.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a professional phone manner.
- Proficiency in using email and other digital communication tools.
- A customer-focused approach with a genuine desire to provide excellent service.
