Contract Medical Receptionist

5 open Medical Receptionist positions for a rapidly growing healthcare system for various locations in New Jersey. Due to recent patient volume, these positions will be a 3-month contract with the potential of going permanently but no guarantee. Quick and professional hiring process for those looking to start ASAP and match the qualifications. These positions also do NOT require any vaccinations.

Locations: Sicklerville, Mullica Hill, Vineland, Deptford, Woolwich Township, and Manasquan, NJ

Schedule : Monday – Friday

Shift : 8:00 am – 4:30 pm, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, 7:30 am – 4:00 pm (Depends on location)

Pay Rate : $19-20/HR (Depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities :

· Check patients in and out of appointments

· Schedule patient appointments and follow-up appointments when appropriate

· Will not be doing any insurance pre-authorization functions

· Position revolves entirely around scheduling patient appointments and check-in/check-out responsibilities

Job Qualifications :

· At least 1 year of medical reception or medical scheduling experience (Call center experience is a qualification)

· Insurance verification or pre-authorization experience is NOT required

· At least 1 year of any EMR experience (EPIC, Athena, Cerner, etc.)
