Ihre Aufgaben

• Kommunikation und Koordination mit internationalen Kunden
• Bereitstellung von Lieferinformationen
• Komplette Auftragsabwicklung, einschließlich Transportorganisation und Rechnungsstellung
• Beantragung von Zertifikaten und allen für den Transport relevanten Dokumenten
• Liefermanagement und Beschwerdemanagement
• Sendungsverfolgung
• Empfangsabwicklung von Aufträgen globaler Kunden mit weltweiten Lieferadressen
  
  

Ihr Profil

• Fließendes Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
• Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
• Erfahrung im Bereich der Kundenbetreuung im Exportgeschäft
• Selbstständige, effiziente und genaue Arbeitsweise
• Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Microsoft Office, SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
• Freude an der Arbeit und am Umgang mit Kunden (Telefon /E-Mail)

Für diese Position bieten wir Ihnen auf Vollzeitbasis ein Mindestgehalt von

€ 2.800,00 brutto pro Monat. Abhängig von beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung ist die Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung gegeben.
