\nCreating an intuitive and extensible workflow builder\n\n
\n
\nBuilding modular components for our design system\n\n
\n
\nBoradening the functionality of our platform in the future with elements like dashboards, gamification and more.\n
\n
\nDevelop moderately sized features and improvements to our product by collaborating closely with our CTO Robert, Product Management and your team members from the engineering team.\n\n
\n
\nTake design concepts from ideation to a production feature, employing a user-centric mindset with an iterative and feedback-driven approach.\n\n
\n
\nCraft code that meets our internal standards for style, maintainability, and best practices. Maintain and advocate for these standards through code review.\n\n
\n
\nRecognize technical debt, argue for its resolution, and implement solutions.\n\n
\n
\nAdvocate and take ownership of improvements in product quality, design, accessibility, and performance. Solve technical problems of moderate scope and complexity independently.\n\n
\n
\nProvide mentorship for Junior and Intermediate Engineers on your team to help them grow in their technical responsibilities.\n\n
\n
\nCollaborate with stakeholders outside of the Engineering team and communicate technical concepts to them effectively.\n
\n
Your profile
\nYou have 5 years of professional experience with elements of our tech stack, which includes TypeScript, React or NextJS, Vitest, Playwright and Git. Other Tech we are using in the Frontend: Zustand, Axios.\n\n
\n
\nYou are able to turn rough concepts and ideas into implemented interfaces, taking UI & UX fundamentals into account.\n\n
\n
\nYou are fluent in English, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote-friendly and multinational work environment. Proficiency in German is a plus but not required.\n\n
\n
\nYou are experienced in owning a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.\n\n
\n
\nYou are self-motivated and self-managing, with excellent organizational skills. You have a positive and solution-oriented mindset.\n
\n
