Data Handling and Office Support – part time

Your Responsibilities

Academic Affairs is a core administrative division responsible for the organization of academic life at ISTA. The division coordinates recruitment processes for scientists, manages various internal programs, and develops, revises and implements policies and procedures for academic lifecycle management and professional development of scientists. We are looking for a new colleague to support our team with operational processes, focusing on digitalization projects. Your tasks will include:

• Support data compilation and process documentation
• Assistance with digitalization project coordination
• Testing of software applications
• Handling of operative administrative and organizational processes
• Communication across divisions as well as with scientists at ISTA on administrative topics

Your Profile

• Ongoing studies (BSc or MSc) in a technology related field, preferably with focus on data handling and/or project management
• Experience with/knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook) and interest in adapting to new software
• Very good verbal and written communication skills in English (Institute’s working language)
• Proactive attitude and strong organizational skills
• Attention to detail and high level of service orientation
