Your role and responsibilities

In this role one of your responsibilities will be technical documentation, where you create and main-tain user manuals, API docs, release notes, and technical guides. Also, you will do content strategy, this means to develop a consistent documentation strategy aligned with product releases. Further tasks:

• Product Demos & Training: Help create and deliver demos and training materials for users.
• Direct Product Experience: Test the product to ensure accurate, practical documentation.
• Content Maintenance: Update documentation with product changes and feedback, ensuring accessi-bility.
• Collaboration: Work with developers, product managers, support, and marketing to ensure accurate documentation and align content with promotional materials.
  
  

Qualifications For The Role

• Experience in drafting, creating, and proofreading technical documentation, including user guides, technical manuals, and API documentation in both English and German.
• Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and translate them into user-friendly docu-mentation.
• Commitment to experiment with and learn new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
• Practical approach to product testing to create rich, experience-based documentation and demos.
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity.
• Effective organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Very good skills in German and English.
