Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial performance and KPIs for the site as well as Infrapark with close collaboration with Site Head, site functions as well as with global Operations functions
• Drive financial performance to meet site targets
• Support and development of Strategic Plans and implementation of initiatives in order to further improve cost performance, productivity and operational excellence
• Lead site finance team and develop financial capabilities and talents
• Improve quality and speed of decision making based on solid financial data and calculations
• Drive proactivity and forward-looking performance management
• Strong business partnering with Site Head and functions
• Owns financial Forecasting, Planning and Target process for the Site
• Assure accounting and reporting correctness, assure internal controls in place
• Financial support on Site business cases and project endorsement and execution

Key Requirements:

• University degree in business, economics or similar
• Professional level of English, both written & spoken, knowledge of German would be an advantage
• Strong Finance background, ideally withing manufacturing
• Exceptional communication, project management and analytical skills paired with strong leadership capabilities

In addition to a market-competitive base salary, we offer an attractive incentive program, a modern company pension scheme, childcare facilities, learning and development opportunities as well as worldwide career possibilities within the Novartis group. In accordance with Austrian law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary as stated in the collective bargaining agreement. For this position the minimum salary is € 80.433,64/year (on a full-time basis). The actual salary will be significantly higher, as we strive to maintain a competitive position in the market and consider your previous experience, qualifications and individual competencies.
