Project Manager – International Business Unit (m/f/d)

Your new challenges which will inspire you:
Manage product development projects (pre- and post-marketing) for drugs and drug/device combination products in the business units Critical Care, Haematology and Immunotherapy
Propose, initiate, plan, monitor, document and close complex projects
Apply XLPM project management standards
Coordinate and lead several multi-disciplinary, cross-functional project teams across Octapharma sites and with academia partners and CMOs
Integrate drug development at all stages by closely interacting with all internal and external stakeholders including scientists, engineers, manufacturers, clin-ops, regulatory managers and product managers
Report progress, communicate risk and escalate issues to the Steering Group and executive management
Assist in development and management of best practice sharing between project management groups at different sites
Your profile that will convince us:
University degree (MSc, PhD, or equivalent) in natural sciences in combination with min. 3 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical company
Proven track record in project management (PM certification/qualification is a plus)
Interpersonal and leadership skills to build credibility and influence experts and functional leaders
Communication skills to set objectives and promote a strong team culture with open discussion
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Fluent English (oral and written), additional strong German preferred skills
