Your new challenges which will inspire you:

• Manage product development projects (pre- and post-marketing) for drugs and drug/device combination products in the business units Critical Care, Haematology and Immunotherapy
• Propose, initiate, plan, monitor, document and close complex projects
• Apply XLPM project management standards
• Coordinate and lead several multi-disciplinary, cross-functional project teams across Octapharma sites and with academia partners and CMOs
• Integrate drug development at all stages by closely interacting with all internal and external stakeholders including scientists, engineers, manufacturers, clin-ops, regulatory managers and product managers
• Report progress, communicate risk and escalate issues to the Steering Group and executive management
• Assist in development and management of best practice sharing between project management groups at different sites

Your profile that will convince us:

• University degree (MSc, PhD, or equivalent) in natural sciences in combination with min. 3 years of relevant experience in biotech or pharmaceutical company
• Proven track record in project management (PM certification/qualification is a plus)
• Interpersonal and leadership skills to build credibility and influence experts and functional leaders
• Communication skills to set objectives and promote a strong team culture with open discussion
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English (oral and written), additional strong German preferred skills
