Customer Service Support - Main Responsibilities:
Support in the implementation and operations of global agreements with top tier global telecom customers;
Work closely with internal departments to support the execution of global projects, and ensure streamlined service delivery;
Assist in managing end-2-end relationships with downstream partners and subcontractors;
Work closely with downstream partners and subcontractors to ensure goods are being processes efficiently and financial inflows are being optimized.
Work with logistics service providers to arrange the inbound and outbound logistics requirements to support such projects;
Cooperate with regional financial teams and project managers to generate and consolidate service order and financial reporting.
Assist in creating internal and external weekly and monthly reports about project results and activities.
Support in conducting business analysis of fraction pricing, inventory levels, and metals recovery pricings.
Support in other key activities when required by the local organization.
Requirements:
University graduate on Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology or other relevant disciplines;
At least 1 - 3 years experiences in operations, sales, administrative, and/or other relevant functions;
Good understanding on latest developments in internet and technologies market;
Excellent communication, presentation and analytical skills;
Self-motivated, positive, mature and able to work under pressure;
Excellent command of both written and verbal English and German;
Work Location in Wiener Neustadt
