Job description: Customer Service Executive

Requirments:
•Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced, dynamic environment that is changing accordingly to satisfy our customer’s needs.
Flexibility to follow any shift pattern.
Enthusiastic can-do attitude (sometimes you have to walk an extra mile to meet the expectations of our client) - High degree of communication is a key for this role (verbal and written)
Fluent in German.
Fluence in English.
Professional, proactive, customer focused, and friendly manner shown in any task given.
Attention to details and ability to listen with patience.
Persistence in repetitive tasks. Advanced time managing skills are required as well.
Negotiating skills and assertiveness.
Strong computing literate skills (Microsoft Office, Windows) and knowledge of web portals. (Simple clicking and double-clicking may not be enough for this job unfortunately)
Ability to work as party of the team in order to meet expected and pre-settled goals.
Some of the approached problems will require out of box thinking.
Previous experience in travel industry or working with similar booking platforms is good to have
