  • Identify and win new business opportunities to expand our market presence and increase sales.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their logistical needs and challenges.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans that ensure sustainable growth in the region.
  • Negotiate contracts and close high-profile deals to ensure long-term customer satisfaction and business success.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive analysis and customer preferences to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, HR, IT, Billing, Customer Service) to ensure smooth logistics solutions for our customers.
  • Represent Transped at industry events, trade shows and networking events to strengthen our brand presence.


YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience in business development, sales or account management, ideally in the logistics, transportation or supply chain industry.
  • Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills to persuade decision makers.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment and can adapt to market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated and proactive work style, with the ability to work independently while staying aligned with company goals.
  • Willingness to travel within the EU for client meetings, business development and industry events.
  • Passion for teamwork and a desire to be part of a family-run, growing business where people matter.
  • You have a valid driver's license and a work permit for Austria.


OUR OFFER

The salary for the specified position is based on the collective agreement. Overpayment is possible; depending on qualifications, experience and performance, remuneration consisting of fixed and variable salary components is possible from € 50,000 (gross). After an internally defined induction period and if targets are met, the salary components will increase accordingly.
