Commercial Contract Manager (m/f/d) starting with 20h/week up to full-time

Responsibilities and duties:

Commercial

• Commercial Project Management of international plant construction projects in the wastewater and drinking water sector;
• Proactive invoicing and ensuring reliable financial planning data;
• Control, pre-accounting and approval of incoming/outgoing invoices;
• Commercial interface to customers, partners, suppliers, branches and subsidiaries;
• Support company and its subsidiaries in administrative filings;
• Support financial accounting concerning international tax law and financing agreements;

Legal

• Draft, analyze and monitor complex work contracts in English
• Quantify claims and implement such claims vis-à-vis customers and/or subcontractors;
• Support in claim management, including connected litigation with Head Legal;
• Draft and support in reviews of suppliers contracts (General Commercial Terms and Conditions, Purchase Orders, Summary of Negotiation);
• Design and implementation of contractual agreements on cost, cash and claim management;

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor in business law or similar, advanced Master's or diploma students are welcome, possible to write the Master Thesis in the company;
• Initial experience in contract management (department) and/or controlling
• Very good knowledge of English; German/French would be a plus;
• Proficiency in MS-Office;
• Negotiation skills, high ability to solve problems and number affinity;
• Willingness to travel.

For this position, the minimum monthly gross salary for a full-time role with 1 year of experience starts at EUR 2.668,69. An overpayment may be determined based on your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience.
