Strategic consulting for executives on HR topics such as talent management and organizational development
Supporting employees along the employee life cycle, including administrative handling of day-to-day business
Processing ongoing labor law issues incl. drafting contracts
Conducting job interviews incl. onboarding of new employees
Collaboration in the implementation and further development of HR processes and international HR projects
Requirements
Completed studies with focus on HR
Professional experience in HR environment
High service orientation and strong communication skills
Discretion and hands-on mentality
Independent and structured way of working
Very good knowledge of German and English
Statutory salary details
For this position, we offer an annual gross salary according to the collective agreement starting at € 52,197.04.
