Verkaufsleiter / Sales Manager

Arbeitsaufgaben

• Besuch von Endkunden und Unternehmen, Erstellung, Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundendateien im Datenbanksystem
• Verantwortlich für die Entwicklung öffentlicher Beziehungen, Aufbau und Pflege zuverlässiger Beziehungen zu Kunden
• Erkennen von Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Weiterverfolgung der Aufträge
• Sammeln von Projektinformationen und Förderung des Verkaufs, Analysieren von Informationen über Wettbewerber
• Gemeinsame Entwicklung von Verkaufsplänen und Umsetzungsplänen, Erreichen von Verkaufszielen
• Teilnahme an Geschäftsverhandlungen für Schlüsselprojekte, um sicherzustellen, dass die regionalen Geschäftsziele erreicht werden
• Unterstützung der Finanzierungs- und Inkassotätigkeit

Anforderung

• Vertraut mit dem lokalen Markt, Kenntnisse über vorrangige Baumaschinen oder Schwermaschinen wie Bagger, Mobilkräne, Beton, Turmdrehkräne, Gabelstapler, Fundamente, Hubarbeitsbühnen, Bergbaumaschinen usw.
• Diplom und Bachelor-Abschluss oder höher in Marketing, Ingenieur Hauptfach Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik oder internationales Geschäft
• Fähigkeiten zur Koordination mit dem Leasing sind von Vorteil
• Verantwortungsbewusstsein und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Führerschein

Sales manager

Job Duties

• Visit end customers and companies, establish, maintain and update customer files in database system
• Responsible for public relationship development, build and keep reliable relationship with clients
• Spot business opportunities and follow up with the orders
• Collect project information and promote sales, analyze competitor information
• Develop sales plan and implementation plan together, complete sales targets
• Participate in commercial negotiations for key projects to ensure that regional business objectives are met
• Support financing and collection work

Requirement

• Familiar with local market, construction machinery knowledge on priority or Heavy machinery such as Excavator, Mobile Crane, Concrete, Tower Crane, Forklift, Foundation, Aerial Work Machinery, Mining etc.
• Diploma and Bachelor Degree or above in marketing, Engineer major mechanical, electrical or international business
• Have skills for coordinate with leasing is preference
• Have the sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Driving License
