Welcome to Ability Action Australia!
We are one of the largest providers to the NDIS, supporting over 10,000 participants every year with the care they need, when and where it is needed. We have a multi-disciplinary team approach, building a quality support service around the needs and goals of our participants and their family.
Help us help others with life changing support that can improve their independence, access, development, health and wellbeing, and function.
We are expanding our Behaviour Support team and would love to welcome experienced and dynamic Behaviour Support Practitioners eager to be part of a multidisciplinary team and make a difference. You’ll bring expertise, maturity and strong time management and organisational skills to the role.
Successful candidates will provide supports to cover NDIS participants living in the following areas (depending on where you live) Port Macquarie, Kempsey, Laurieton, Harrington, Crescent Head, Southwest Rocks, Wauchope & surrounding areas.
We love working in our local community and making a difference in the lives of our participants. No two days are ever the same! You might find us in daycare centres, in schools and homes, and even on day trips to Kempsey or Camden Haven– we might even bump into you on one of our monthly Wellness Walks along the glorious Port Mac break wall - we love supporting our stunning regional area!
