About the Role
As the Assistant Sales Manager you will support the Sales Manager in the daily operations of the sales department and you will act in the Sales Manager role when the manager is on leave. You will utilise your sales experience to achieve your own individual performance KPIs, as well as support the team towards success in both performance and positive workplace culture.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist with day to day management of sales department
- Help with setting of short-term and long-term goals/targets
- Promote team’s adherence to company processes & quality standards
- Achieve your own monthly sales targets and KPI’s
- Communicate with Suzuki Australia timely as required
- Lead by example on company values “Safety First”, “Can Do”, “Ask the Question”, “Do the right Thing”, “Mutual Respect”
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in automotive sales
- Leadership ability
- Drive and enthusiasm
- Professional approach and presentation
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- Able to use Microsoft Office products / software programs
- Driver’s licence required
