As part of the team, you’ll collaborate with engineers, designers, and other stakeholders to produce detailed technical drawings and plans, ensuring the success of various luxury residential projects.
Key Responsibilities: - Prepare detailed technical drawings and plans for high-end residential designs based on project specifications
- Work closely with engineers and designers to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards
- Review and modify existing designs and plans as required to meet client needs
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely delivery of all drawings and documentation
- Ensure all drawings adhere to quality control procedures and meet the highest standards
- Stay updated on relevant software tools and industry standards to continually improve work processes
- Assist with any additional tasks as needed to support the engineering team
Key Requirements: - Proven experience as a Draftsperson, specifically in high-end residential design
- Proficiency in Revit and ArchiCAD software for drafting and design
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce exceptional, high-quality work
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to liaise with clients and teams
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines while maintaining quality
- Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative design thinking
- Knowledge of industry standards, building codes, and best practices for residential designs
