Client Services (Japanese Speaker)

Your new role As a key member of the team, you'll be trusted to handle the company's clients as well as facilitate internal department operations. You will need excellent communication skills to provide quality services for the customer/clients. What you'll need to succeed Proficient in English and Japanese (Native/Professional Proficiency) - Read, type and speak. Prior working experience in a banking environment. Great communication skill to liaise with internal stakeholders and external clients.
