Hays Education arecurrently looking to recruit Early Years and Reception Teachers to work in aprimary school in the South Bristol area. The school is looking for a teacherto work for 5 days a week in their Reception class. This primary schoolreceived Outstanding in their last Ofsted inspection. Hays Education appreciatethat many teachers in the area are wanting to work within the classroom howeveralso have family or other commitments to balance with their workload. Weunderstand that teaching is like no other career; it is a joy to be in theclassroom educating the next generation and we are keen to make this possiblealongside your other weekly commitments. What you'll need tosucceed In order to beconsidered for this position you will need to have qualified teacher status orbe looking to complete your induction year. You will also need to have recentexperience within a classroom setting in the last five years and be up to datewith recent curriculum changes. You will need to be a creative and positiveteacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilstdemonstrating a professional manor at all times. You will have strong classroommanagement skills with the ability to adapt to unfamiliar plans and timetables.It is imperative that you have good communication skills as this is crucialwhen speaking to TAs and other people in the school.
