Your new role
✔ First Impressions Matter! Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional approach. ✔ Reception Management – Keep our reception, meeting rooms, and office spaces client-ready at all times. ✔ Communication Hub – Handle calls, emails, and enquiries with efficiency and a smile. ✔ Mail & Courier Coordination – Manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and local courier bookings. ✔ Event Support – Assist with meeting room bookings, boardroom services, and office events. ✔ General Administration – Help staff and clients with ad hoc tasks to ensure seamless operations.
What you'll need to succeed
✨ Minimum two years of experience in reception, administration, or customer service within a corporate/business environment. ✨ Exceptional interpersonal skills – You’re warm, approachable, and thrive in client-facing roles. ✨ Strong communication skills – Both written and verbal, with a professional and friendly touch. ✨ Tech-savvy – Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). ✨ Attention to detail – Accuracy and efficiency in all administrative duties. ✨ Adaptability & multitasking – Ability to manage changing priorities with confidence. ✨ Team player – Works well independently and collaboratively with a positive “can-do” attitude.
