The School Leadership Team (SLT) comprises the Principal, Deputy Principal, Dean of Student Wellbeing, Dean of Teaching & Learning, and the Business Manager.
The Position
Hillbrook is seeking an ICT Support Officer to provide first level support for students, teachers, staff, and parents. They will drive strong service and assist the team to understand, meet, and exceed customer expectations.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and driven team. As our ICT Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for Systems Access, IT-related issues, incidents or requests. On a daily basis, you will be taking calls and responding to email queries, investigating and troubleshooting IT issues.
The position is permanent, full-time (38 hours per week). Usual hours are 7:30am to 3:30pm with a half hour lunch break. Start and finish times are flexible and may be varied by mutual agreement.
