Cafe Coordinator

Hismile is on the hunt for a Café Coordinator to bring energy, passion, and culinary skills to our HQ! This role is perfect for someone who loves making coffees and creating delicious meals, enjoys being part of a vibrant team, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be responsible for keeping our team fuelled and happy, making every meal an experience to look forward to.

We are Hismile, the largest oral care disruptor in the world. Founded in 2014, Hismile can now be found in over 40,000 retail doors globally. From our viral Colour Corrector to the phenomenon that is our flavoured toothpaste range – we’ve repositioned oral care as something people actually want.

About the Team:

Culture and team spirit are at the heart of everything we do at Hismile! Our company consists of 100 team members across six departments: Operations, Digital, Marketing, Creative, Customer Experience, and People & Culture. Each team works together to produce high-quality, impactful work – and our café is a big part of keeping that energy alive!

Role Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve high-quality meals for the team (breakfast, lunch, and morning/afternoon coffees).
• Plan and manage a rotating menu to keep things fresh and exciting.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the café.
• Manage stock levels, ordering supplies as needed.
• Foster a welcoming and positive café environment.
• Work closely with the People & Culture team to align meals with team events and celebrations.

What We Look For:

Experience:

• Experience in food preparation, kitchen management, or café operations.
• A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
• Ability to plan and execute a variety of meals for a diverse team.
• Barista experience.
