Additional Information:
• These roles are Permanent Part-time 40hrs/fortnight.
• The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Co-worker.
• Availability requirements for these roles are:
- Fulfilment Operations (Outbound) 6:00am – 9:30pm
• You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
RECRUITMENT PROCESS AND KEY DATES
• If your application is successful, you may be invited to complete a video screening interview as part of the recruitment process.
• If your application is progressed, you will be invited to attend an in-person Group Interview on Tuesday 4th February.
• If you are successful for this role, you will be required to attend a 2-day Welcome induction on Monday 3 March & Tuesday 4 March 2025, 9am-5pm.
About this work area
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
• Providing exceptional service to our customers at all touchpoints.
• Responsible for customer order tasks such as picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online orders within set KPIs.
• Supporting customers with the collection and hand-out of their Merchandise Pick-up or Click & Collect orders.
• Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment, goods storage and returns flow to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
• Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and co-workers.
• Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.
As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker you are, or you have:
• A passion for optimising supply chain and fulfilment operations.
• A ‘Togetherness’ mindset where you’ll work closely with your team and other departments to secure the best possible outcome for the customers.
• Ability to collaborate yet also be able to work independently.
• An energetic approach as you will be on your feet all day.
• Strong customer focus, ensuring we keep the customer in mind no matter what we do.
• Ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
