Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: $4500 per month with a $150K achievable OTE (Bonus commission model paid monthly)

What You’ll Do

As a Business Development Executive, you will play a pivotal role in expanding KPay’s footprint in Australia.

  • Merchant Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients through direct outreach and canvassing.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead the end-to-end sales process, including prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Client Onboarding: Ensure new merchants enjoy a smooth onboarding experience with KPay.
  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for your merchants, managing queries and providing ongoing support.
  • Value-Adding: Develop strong relationships with merchants, helping them enhance their performance on our platform.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking motivated, driven, and people-focused professionals who are passionate about business development and fintech.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in sales, payments, or the financial sector is a bonus but not mandatory—we’ll provide all the training you need!
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, with a growth mindset.
