Pub Manager to lead the way at our
Community Hotel – a hub for locals and a welcome stop for travellers. This is your chance to

In this hands-on role, you’ll be the face of the pub – building connections, hosting events, and shaping the experience that keeps guests coming back. From day-to-day operations to brainstorming new ways to make the pub pop, your leadership will make a lasting impact.

Package - $95,000 Salary
- Accommodation & Meals Provided (Private hotel room)
What You’ll Be Doing - Overseeing daily pub operations with a focus on great guest experiences
- Recruiting, rostering, and leading a supportive team
- Creating exciting marketing campaigns & events
- Managing stock, budgets, and supplier relationships
- Upholding high standards of cleanliness, safety, and hospitality
- Bringing fresh ideas to menu development and bar service
- Hosting community events that make the pub a local favourite
What We’re Looking For - Proven pub management experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Confident with POS (Square) and Xero (bonus points!)
- Experience in food & beverage operations
- Financial management and rostering know-how
- Flexible availability (weekends & holidays included)
- A community-minded, hands-on attitude
Must-haves: - Current driver’s licence & own transport
- WA Approved Manager’s Licence (or willingness to obtain before starting)
