RAC Karri Valley Resort & RAC Margaret River Nature Park are located in the beautiful Southwest region of WA.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated full-time, permanent Receptionists to join our Team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for all front office administrative duties as well as providing our RAC members and visitors with an excellent guest experience at our Karri Valley & Margaret River accommodation.
This role would be ideal for a local or someone looking to relocate from Perth - discounted accommodation is provided for the successful candidate.

What will you be doing?
Greeting and welcoming visitors, and directing them to the appropriate person.
Arranging and recording details of appointments.
Answering inquiries and providing information on the goods, services and activities of the organisation.
Answering, connecting and transferring telephone calls.
Receiving and resolving complaints from clients and the public.
Receiving and distributing correspondence, facsimile messages and deliveries.
Maintaining the reception area.
Advising on and arranging reservations and accommodation.
May perform other clerical tasks such as word processing, data entry, filing, mail despatch and photocopying.
What are we looking for in you?
Minimum one year experience required.
Certificate III or Diploma in Hospitality / Tourism related discipline or equivalent is desirable.
Previous experience in a hospitality environment, hotels, accommodation or similar.
Demonstrated experience or training in a front office environment such as reception, switchboard or reservations.
Outstanding guest relations and communications skills and the ability to relate to and host resort guests from a wide range of nationalities and backgrounds.
Ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
Flexibility with hours; able to meet operational working hours of a 7-day week rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
