Sam's Concrete Rendering & Patching is a team of experienced contractors who do residential and commercial jobs. We handle projects involving plastering, rendering, painting and patching.

We are seeking a full time Renderer who will be responsible for applying plaster, cement, and other finishes to walls, ceilings, and external surfaces to achieve a smooth or decorative finish.

To be successful in this role you will need:

• Prepare surfaces by cleaning, repairing cracks, and applying bonding agents.
• Mix and apply plaster, cement, or other materials to walls, ceilings, and exterior surfaces.
• Use trowels, brushes, and spray equipment to create smooth or decorative finishes.
• Apply render coats and textured coatings for protection and aesthetics.
• Level and straighten surfaces using screeds and rules.
• Cut and install expansion joints to prevent cracking.
• Work with various plastering techniques, including traditional and modern rendering methods.
• Repair and restore existing plasterwork on renovations and heritage buildings.
• Follow safety regulations and workplace procedures.

Requirements/Skills Qualification:

• At least 3 years of relevant experience
• Strong interpersonal and oral communication skills
• Knowledge of different plastering and rendering techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret building plans.
• Strong attention to detail and precision in finishing work.
• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights or on scaffolding.
