The Opportunity

In this role, you will provide administrative support. handling tasks such as diary management, coordinating travel arrangements, and reconciling expenses to set the team up for success.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a group administrator or team assistant and be seeking a challenging support role within a fast-paced office environment. They will also be a self-starter with excellent communication and time-management skills.

About you

• Familiarity with Office365 and a variety of document management systems
• Excellent time-management skills
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with an ability to build rapport with a range of stakeholders and present information concisely.
• Demonstrated ability to be proactive and take initiative.
