Compliance Intern

Duration: 3 months (with possibility of extension)

Schedule: Full-time or Part-time

Location: Luxembourg City Centre

Hybrid working options (2 remote working days) are available for full-time Luxembourg residents.

As a Compliance Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our compliance team. Your main responsibility will be to assist with the onboarding of accounts, ensuring all documentation and information provided by clients meet regulatory and company standards. This role offers hands-on experience in compliance operations and provides an excellent foundation for a career in financial services.

What you’ll be doing

• Know Your Customer (KYC) & Period Review Support: Assist in reviewing and verifying documentation and information provided by clients during the onboarding and periodic review process.
• Compliance Checks: Perform due diligence checks on client documents, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Data Management: Accurately upload and maintain client documentation and information in the company’s internal systems.
• Monitoring: Identify discrepancies or potential risks during the onboarding process and escalate them to the compliance team.
• Communication: Liaise with internal teams and occasionally with clients to clarify and obtain missing information.
• Process Improvement: Suggest improvements to streamline the onboarding process and enhance efficiency.
