your mission
As An ITSupport Technician, You Will Provide Initial Technical Assistance To Internal Users By Addressing Their Requests And Resolving Daily IT Incidents. You Will Be The Primary Contact For Users, Ensuring Incident Tracking And Escalating Complex Issues To Specialized Technical Teams. You Will Work Directly Under The Supervision Of The CIO
- Provide initial technical support to end-users via phone, email, chat, or in-person (Helpdesk)
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve common IT issues involving software, hardware, network, and applications
- Install and configure professional computers and phones
- Manage inventory
- Handle technical management and maintenance of the company's equipment
- Prepare and track orders for IT equipment
- Document all interventions systematically in the ticket management tool, ensuring rigorous follow-up until full resolution
- Escalate complex or critical incidents to Level 2 and Level 3 support teams
- Regularly follow up with users to ensure their satisfaction and the complete resolution of incidents
- Guide and support users in daily use of IT tools, fostering their autonomy with recurrent issues
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of technical documentation and the internal knowledge base
your profile
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or related field
- A first proven experience in IT support
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365 applications, and basic networking principles
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining end-user devices
- Ability to document technical issues and solutions clearly.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
