Alliance Green Services is looking for a Head of Marketing, Sales and Customer Contract Management - Europe located in Luxembourg.
Your mission :
The Marketing, Sales and Customer Contract Management Manager directs the company's marketing and sales activities in order to increase its visibility and develop its sales. He or she is also responsible for managing customer contracts, ensuring that they are compliant and that commitments are honoured. He is the main point of contact for customers on contractual issues and helps to ensure that customer relations are smooth and efficient.
Your mains tasks :
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Analyze market trends and sales performance to adjust strategic actions.
- Working with internal teams to align marketing and sales strategies.
- Monitoring marketing and sales budgets and reporting results to management.
- Drafting and managing customer contracts, ensuring that they comply with internal rules and legal requirements.
- Monitoring contract performance, checking that deadlines and commitments are met.
- Manage contract renewals, extensions and amendments in coordination with the sales teams and customers.
- Acting as the main point of contact for any contractual queries or clarifications, and resolving disagreements or potential disputes.
- Working closely with the sales, legal and finance teams to ensure optimal contract management.
- Identifying and anticipating contractual risks and proposing solutions to minimize them.
- Implementing a contract monitoring system and reporting to management.
Your profile :
- 5 years' higher education in marketing, business, management or a similar field, ideally in a technical or industrial environment.
- 5 to 7 years' experience in marketing, sales and contract management.
- Fluency in English, a second language is a plus.
Skills required:
- Proficiency in office automation tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Expertise in marketing strategy and sales management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to analyze sales performance and adjust actions.
- Strong contract management and commercial negotiation skills.
- Organizational skills and ability to manage several contracts and marketing campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage and resolve conflicts effectively.
