Your responsibilities

• Provide expert sales guidance to customers in their car search.

• Offer additional products, such as extended warranties and financing options, to enhance customer satisfaction and maximize sales opportunities.

• Proactively follow up with leads via phone and email.

• Ensure a seamless customer experience during vehicle pickup.

• Take ownership of clients' after-sales journey, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty.

• Maintain organized stock and contribute to effective stock management (physical and virtual) to support sales operations, including responsibility for online publishing of new inventory.

• Strong in administration to handle all necessary administrative tasks related to car sales, have eye for deadlines and work accurately.

Who are we looking for?

• Ability to identify commercial opportunities and convert them into sales.

• Adaptability to meet the needs of diverse customers.

• Proficient in administrative follow-up and after-sales service.

• Proactive, results-oriented, and initiative-driven.

• Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.

• Strong customer service orientation and a winning mindset.

• Team player mindset with recognition of individual and collective success.

• Fluency in Dutch, French, and English (both spoken and written).

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Passion for sales and a deep interest in automobiles.

• Flexibility to adapt to future evolutions, such as the transition from showroom to mobility store.
