Internship Accounting & Reporting Antwerpen (2025-2026)

BDO offers you a dynamic internship that will introduce you to each stage in the life of a company, step by step. You will work independently, which also translates into responsibility. The BDO Accountancy team is always ready to answer your questions or offer you guidance! You will get a chance to work on larger projects as part of the team and to use and improve your knowledge of accounting, tax and legal matters. Your internship supervisor will also support you in completing your Bachelor’s or Master’s thesis.

What will you be doing?

At BDO Accountants, financial services do not constitute an end in themselves, but instead a means of adequately managing the business. Besides monitoring the day-to-day financial administration, you will gain experience with year-end closings, financial reporting, the creation of financial plans and budgets, financial analyses, etc. under the guidance of your internship supervisor. This is all supported by the latest technologies to enable more efficient financial administration and reporting.

Your varied range of duties includes:

• Collection and processing of financial data for various clients
• Assisting in the preparation of interim financial balances, VAT returns, depreciation tables, etc. (under the supervision of an experienced Senior Accountant)
• You will also be involved in the year-end closing process and other accounting tasks, such as the creation of annual accounts and reports

• Internship duration: minimum of 1 month, at least 4 days a week.
