What will you be doing?

Join us as a Manager of Accountancy and take on a role where variety and client interaction are part of your daily routine. Here’s what your week might look like:

• Manage and Grow Client Relationships: Actively oversee your client portfolio, maintaining regular, constructive communications and fostering regional network development.
• Lead and Collaborate: Monitor the progress within the business unit and team operations, ensuring high-quality outcomes for clients while coaching team members towards optimal performance.
• Engage and Influence: Raise BDO’s profile by participating in and contributing to seminars, conferences, and publications.

What do you bring to the table?

• Proven Experience: At least 10 years in a similar role or environment, ideally with a Master’s degree in Finance, Accountancy, or Commercial Sciences.
• Professional Certification: Membership in the IAB is considered an asset.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability in both French and English, paired with excellent interpersonal skills to foster client and team relationships.
• Regional Insight: Familiarity with the region and an ability to quickly develop a network of contacts.
