Main Responsibilities
The IT Support & Systems Administrator will provide daily technical support to end-users while also managing and maintaining both cloud-based and on-premises infrastructure. This role requires hands-on involvement in IT operations, the deployment of new technologies, and the continuous improvement of the IT environment.
Responsibilities:
User Support (Level 1 & 2):
Troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues
Providing on-site technical assistance to users
Managing support tickets
Workstation Management:
Deploying new PCs (imaging, configuration, domain integration)
Installing and maintaining business and productivity applications
Enforcing compliance policies via Microsoft Intune
Cloud & On-Premises Administration:
Creating and managing virtual machines in Azure
Administering Windows Virtual Desktop (WVD / AVD) environments
Managing DNS and firewall configurations within Azure
Setting and maintaining security and compliance rules
Network Infrastructure:
Setting up a new Ubiquiti WiFi network
Configuring access points, VLANs, and centralized management
Monitoring and maintaining the local network (LAN/WAN)
Systems Administration:
Managing user accounts and GPOs in Active Directory
Administering Microsoft Exchange Online and SharePoint
Participating in the roll-out of new IT equipment (PCs, printers, networking hardware)
