About the role：

Cryptocurrency Risk Control Assistant

Responsibilities:

Strategy Development

1. Developing and optimizing rules and strategies of risk control system to prevent scam orders.
2. Working closely with CS, compliance officers, and IT teams, Provide guidance on how to apply risk management policies and procedures.
3. Continuously monitor the risk trends by tracking key risk indicators (KRIs) and performance metrics. Analyze data to assess whether strategies are achieving their intended goals and make recommendations for adjustments as needed.
4. Participate in trade analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of risk strategies and identify areas for improvement.

Case Analysis

1. Conduct in depth analysis of cryptocurrency related risk incidents, such as successful scams, trading losses. Collect and review all available evidence, including transaction records, communication logs, and market data.
2. Identify the causes of incidents, including weaknesses in processes, systems, or human behavior. Use analytical tools and techniques to trace the sequence of events and understand how the risk materialized.
3. Develop detailed case studies based on incident investigations. Summarize the key facts, analysis findings from each case. Present case studies in a clear and engaging format suitable for strategic planning.

Ticket Operation

1. Create detailed risk related tickets for various issues identified in cryptocurrency trading, such as potential scam attempts, unusual trading patterns, relevant data, and initial observations.
2. Monitor the lifecycle of tickets from creation to closure, ensuring that all necessary actions are taken in a timely manner.
3. Gather relevant data from multiple sources, including trading platforms, and internal databases, to support ticket investigations. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data collected for each ticket.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in statistics, finance, economics, computer science, or a related field.Skills and Knowledge
• 3 years or above of experience in cryptocurrency, knowledge of the cryptocurrency market, blockchain technology.Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data from multiple sources. Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Python, Hive) .
• Familiarity with risk management principles, techniques, and models, and experience in applying them in cryptocurrency trading.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey risk information and collaborate with cross functional teams.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment and make quick, well informed decisions under pressure.
