Welcome to the Citymesh Events Team! As a Technical or IT Expert you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring seamless network installations and technical support at festivals and large-scale events. With a focus on ownership and collaboration, you will contribute to innovative projects while managing critical event infrastructure. You’ll join a dynamic team where everyone has their own area of expertise, ensuring a diverse scope of tasks and an opportunity to collaborate across various domains.

Here's What You'll Dive Into

• Deploy and manage on-site networks at festivals and events.
• Install and configure fiber and copper cabling.
• Set up private LTE networks for event communication.
• Install and support surveillance camera systems.
• Deploy and maintain network switches and access points.
• Provide technical support during festivals, ensuring smooth operation.
  
  

Job requirements

Must Have Qualities & Talents

• A background in IT or as a technical field engineer.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Experience with network setup, WiFi installations, and technical event infrastructure.
• Availability between June and September, including weekends.
• Willingness to work on-site across various locations.
• Fluent in English and Dutch (French is a plus; FR/ENG-only profiles will also be considered).
• A valid driver’s license and access to a car. (BE driver’s license is a plus)
• Own technical equipment is a plus (compensation available).
