We are currently have an exciting opportunity for a Business Analyst to join our Compumark product team. The Business Analyst delivers data-driven insights to support business goals and objectives. Responsible for performing ad-hoc analyses, conducting audits, automating data processes, improving supported products and platforms.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

3 years working as a business analyst, product manager, or project manager for a technology company.

Bachelor's degree (Economics, Business, or Technology preferred) or equivalent work experience.

Working knowledge of querying databases (DBs) with SQL.

Forecasting and modeling costs, income, etc.

Experience using JIRA, Confluence

Expert knowledge of Excel, including PivotTables.

Product Management knowledge

Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Ability to think and articulate clearly, concisely, and accurately.

Self-starter personality; comfort with ambiguity and rapidly changing environments

Confident to work on projects alone as well as leading a team

An enthusiastic approach to extending knowledge and learning new skills

Strong commitment to quality of work and good attention to detail

What will you be doing in this role?

Works with Product team stakeholders on new and improved product features, understands client requirements, specifying and analyzing to a sufficient level of detail to ensure clarity of definition. Collects, writes formal specifications and communicates to Product and Development feature improvements.

Responsible for the collection, analysis and documentation of a client business needs and requirements. Liaises between Development, internal and external clients

Analyzes and synthesizes data to document requirements, ensuring needs of client/stakeholder are met.

Writes stories and participates in grooming and sizing sessions in support of product development

Is involved with users acceptance testing

Supports and maintains product KPI reporting, at the product initiative level as well as Product departments success factors

Evaluates and analyzes internal feedback and research provides business process and systems analysis, requirements specifications.

Maintains and reports product KPI’s at the product initiative level as well as Product departments success factors Recommends metrics to ensure customer satisfaction

May lead operational phases of project in order to support the product team

About the Team
This role reports into the Director, Product Management working as part of a team of 4 Product Manager/Business Process Consultants as well as collaborating with the wider Compumark team based locally in Antwerp.
Hours of Work
Full-time, permanent role based out of the Antwerp office on a hybrid basis, 2-3 days per week in the office.
