Senior Information Technology Project Manager

Definition and documentation of functional requirements, use cases, and user interface mock-ups.

•Creation of technical documentation and presentations to support coordination meetings with stakeholder groups.

•Preparation and follow-up of engagements with stakeholders, including surveys, inquiries, and tailored requests.

•Oversight and maintenance of the project timeline and deliverables.

•Monitoring and coordination of team tasks, ensuring alignment with project priorities.

•Tracking and reporting on project progress, challenges, and risks.

•Support for internal reporting processes to upper management and stakeholder representatives.

•Collaboration with business analysts, end users, project managers, and technical teams.

•Liaison with external service providers and contractors.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

•Strong understanding of project and program management methodologies

•Familiarity with mobile application development and deployment

•Understanding of IT system interoperability concepts

•Ability to deliver clear and effective business and technical presentations

•High attention to detail and commitment to quality standards

•Capacity to manage competing priorities and adapt to changing requirements

•Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

•Strong technical writing and documentation skills

•Effective participation in multidisciplinary stakeholder meetings

•Excellent communication skills across both technical and non-technical audiences

•Team-oriented approach, capable of working with diverse roles (e.g. IT, business, administrative, etc.)

SPECIFIC EXPERTISE

•Minimum 10 years of experience in project management

•At least 3 years of experience with mobile application projects

•At least 3 years of experience in IT systems interoperability

•At least 3 years defining functional requirements for IT systems

•At least 3 years of direct interaction and reporting with varied stakeholder groups

• Fluent in either French or Dutch and C1 English

CERTIFICATIONS

•Certification in PM2 or equivalent project management framework
