Data Insights Analyst

To further grow our Modern Data Platform Practice, we are currently looking for a skilled Data Insight Analyst.

Your responsibilities

• Support clients in their journey towards becoming data driven by bridging the gap between business and technology;

• You’ll gather business requirements and document these in user stories and business use cases;

• Able to understand the strategic goals of our clients, pinpoint the value of data and understand communicate the role and value of data in this regard;

• Translate the above in a clear well defined roadmap and understand which approach to use when (pilots and proofs of concept roadmap);

• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of the solution, in line with the expectations of business stakeholders;

• You are responsible for the overall quality of delivery and coaching of your more junior colleagues;

• Participate in advisory of clients on the set-up of data departments and teams (incl. defining roles and responsibilities).

Your qualifications

• You have at least 4 years of experience with functional- and/or business analysis;

• You have experience gathering business requirements;

• You like to interact with and guide businesspeople towards a solution generating business impact;

• You have a thorough understanding of SQL

• You have experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau,…

• You have an analytical mindset, good communication and interpersonal skills;

• Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment;

• Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral);
