We’re looking for a Luxembourgish speaking IT Helpdesk Specialist (m/f) to join our client in Luxembourg.

Location: Luxembourg

Mode: On-site with teleworking flexibility, aligned with current legislation

Contract: CDI (Permanent contract)

Language requirement: Fluent Luxembourgish, French & English.

Salary: To be discussed.


Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-line support to users via phone, email, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot common technical issues (e.g., internet connectivity, email access, mobile phone setup, printer issues, etc.)
  • Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate team while maintaining ownership and communication
  • Document all interactions and resolutions clearly and accurately
  • Follow up with users to ensure issues are resolved to their satisfaction
  • Help maintain knowledge base articles and internal documentation.


Requirements:


  • Fluent in Luxembourgish (Applications without fluent Luxembourgish will not be considered)
  • Strong communication skills, especially over the phone
  • Good written skills for handling email responses and documenting tickets/escalations
  • Comfortable with IT basics:
  • Using mobile phones (setup, apps, connectivity)
  • Managing email clients (e.g., Outlook, webmail)
  • Understanding how a PC connects to the internet (Wi-Fi, Ethernet, basic troubleshooting)
  • A team player with a customer-first mindset
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the IT field
