We are embarking on exciting large-scale transformation programs for some of the top 15 insurers in Belgium and are looking for talented new colleagues to join our team!

As an insurance transformation consultant, you will:

• Collaborate with different teams to deliver high-impact transformation projects
• Work closely with clients to translate their strategy into actionable operating models
• Drive operational efficiency by analyzing and optimizing business processes, including automation
• Contribute to developing technology strategies that align with business goals
• Engage with diverse stakeholders across multiple functional areas, both internally and externally

Required Profile:

• Proven expertise in consulting and insurance
• Proactive, results-oriented, and driven by challenges
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Dutch/French
• Comfortable working both autonomously and in teams, with a creative and conscientious approach
• Skilled in planning, scoping, and analysis
• Enthusiastic, eager to learn, customer-focused, and passionate about the insurance industry
