The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic Head of Partnerships and Program Development to shape our foundation’s program strategy and lead transformative initiatives that address pressing social issues. This is a unique opportunity to build and lead impactful programs from the ground up, focusing on social mobility, employability, education, financial literacy, and resilience. You will be responsible for partnering with organizations and community leaders who share our commitment to sustainable, positive change.

Your Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnerships: Identify and cultivate relationships with organizations that align with our foundation’s mission and objectives. Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements, engage with key decision-makers, and co-develop scalable initiatives that drive measurable impact.
• Program Design & Management: Lead the development, execution, and oversight of flagship programs that address inequality at its root and promote social mobility.
• Performance & Impact Measurement: Collaborate with our team to define key performance indicators, track program outcomes, and translate insights into data-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
• Employee Engagement: Develop initiatives that integrate employee skill-based volunteering into program goals, fostering a collaborative approach to social change.
• Thought Leadership: Represent Euroclear Foundation at external events and conferences, shaping conversations, showcasing our initiatives to a wider audience, and amplifying our mission.
  
  

Who We’re Looking For

We need a results-driven leader with a strong record in program development and partnership management in the social impact space. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven Expertise: 7–10 years of experience in partnership development, program management, or a similar role within a nonprofit, foundation, or impact-driven organization. (A degree in nonprofit management, business administration, or a related field is an advantage.)
• Strategic Acumen: A demonstrated ability to identify and secure strategic partnerships and successfully lead impact-driven programs.
• Exceptional Communication & Relationship Management: Strong interpersonal skills to build trust, inspire confidence, and foster collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic Thinking & Execution: Ability to effectively manage a complex portfolio of projects, balancing long-term vision with operational excellence.
