About Femme Incroyable:
Femme Incroyable is a non-profit organisation dedicated to empowering women and girls in socio-economically disadvantaged situations in sub Saharan Africa and Belgium. Through initiatives that focus on economic independence, education, and social justice, we strive to create long term, sustainable change.
What You Will Do
We are looking for Belgium-based volunteers to organise events around Brussels. The types of events may vary but previous experience in fundraising events would be considered an asset.
As a volunteer, you will:
Plan and organise events and campaigns.
Develop creative event ideas to engage donors and supporters, such as: community workshops or networking events, cultural events, charity galas, brunches etc.
Coordinate and communicate with team members, partners, and volunteers to execute events.
Plan out the events including logistics and other general administration.
Lead and manage volunteers and participants throughout the event, ensuring all are supported and engaged.
Promote events through social media and other channels.

Who We Are Looking For
Strong organisational and planning skills.
Creativity in developing fundraising strategies.
Good communication and networking abilities.
Experience in event planning or in-person fundraising activities (preferred, but not required). Passion for social impact and empowering women and girls.
Can communicate well in both English and French. Dutch or other languages would be considered an asset in case events are organised in the Flanders.
No prior experience? No problem. We provide guidance and support to help you succeed.
