QA/QC Supervisor

Gertek is seeking highly motivated and experienced Lead QA/QC Inspectors/ Managers to join our team for data centre construction projects. The ideal candidates will ensure all construction activities meet project specifications and quality standards.

Job Title: QA/QC Manager, Data Centre Construction

Summary: Responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance and quality control to ensure data centre construction projects meet specified standards and client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain QA/QC plans, procedures, and documentation.
• Oversee inspections and testing of materials, equipment, and workmanship.
• Manage non-conformance reporting and corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct internal and external audits.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and regulations.
• Lead and mentor QA/QC personnel.
• Report on QA/QC performance to project management.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in QA/QC management within
• Strong knowledge of relevant codes and standards
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO 9001)
