QAQC Inspector - Data Centre Construction

About the role:
We are looking for a skilled QAQC Electrical Lead to manage quality assurance and quality control activities for electrical works on a high-performance data center construction project in Belgium. This role is critical in ensuring all electrical installations comply with project specifications, international standards, and client requirements, from construction through commissioning and handover.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all QAQC processes for electrical systems (MV/LV, UPS, generators, lighting, etc.).
Implement and manage Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
Conduct inspections, verify installations, and ensure compliance with EU and IEC standards.
Review redlines, as-builts, and technical documentation for accuracy.
Coordinate system walkdowns, snag tracking, and closure with construction and commissioning teams.
Ensure Turnover Documentation Packs (TOPs) are complete and ready for client handover.
Interface with client, consultants, and subcontractors to maintain quality objectives.
Requirements:
Minimum 7–10 years of Electrical QAQC experience, ideally in data center or industrial projects.
Strong knowledge of EU electrical regulations and quality systems.
Relevant electrical qualification or engineering background.
Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.
EU work eligibility required.
