• Vendor Management: Register suppliers, issue purchase orders, and manage payments to subcontractors across LATAM.
• Budget & Margin Calculations: Develop project budgets and margin calculations for new business opportunities, including tax calculations across different LATAM countries.
• Financial Project Management: Oversee financial management and control of communication projects in the LATAM region.
• Budget Monitoring: Track project budgets and analyze cash flow for initiatives in LATAM.
• Local Accounting Management: Handle the accounting for our local office in Argentina.
  
  

A BACKGROUND THAT CONVINCES US

• At least 5 years in administrative and financial roles, with a focus on project management
• Fluent in both English and Spanish (bilingual required).
• Experience with contracts involving European institutions or multilateral credit organizations.
• Experience providing financial support to communication projects.
