Responsibilities

As part of the Finance team, you will oversee daily financial operations and collaborate with internal teams and external service providers. Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee financial operations, including accounting, invoicing, payments and expense reporting.
• Collaborate with external service providers such as accountants, tax advisors and auditors.
• Review and analyze financial reports and participate in the annual budget preparations and rolling estimates, while also performing variance analysis for material deviations,
• Monitor liquidity and perform cashflow reporting.
• Lead audit processes, tax filings, and financial reporting.
• Ensure accuracy in financial record-keeping and documentation.
• Manage revenue recognition and allocation processes.
• Conduct financial analyses and contribute to ad-hoc projects.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in investment management, financial services, or auditing.
• You have knowledge or understanding of how a ManCo operates
• A relevant degree or professional qualification in finance, accounting, or tax.
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); and German.
